Full payment is due upon delivery. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cheque, E-Transfer, EFT or Cash. A 25% Deposit is required to secure bookings, if cancellation is made 14 calendar days or more prior to the event the deposit will be retained as an account credit (credits do not expire). For rentals of $1000 or more, a 50% deposit is required, if cancellation is made 45 calendar days or more prior to the event the deposits will be retained as an account credit. (For cancellations not made within the 14 & 45 day windows, deposits are non refundable and will not be applied as credit)
All deposits will be applied as credit in the event of inclement weather in which Astro Jump is unable to set up (Credits do no expire).
